The hard coated film by a conventional method could be durable but flexible through an UV cure. To solve the problem, it was synthesized methacrylate co-polymer with both durability and flexibility, and then coated on PET film by a wet coating. Thickness of coating layer and PET film are 0.09 ㎛ and 80 ㎛, respectively. Hardness and elongation rate of the in-mold film from this study are over 1~2 H and 3~5 %. The film can be adhered or cohered on the moldings due to its high durability and flexibility. |
