제목 Boron nitride nanotube-epoxy composites for excellent heat dissipation materials  
초록 Boron nitride nanotube (BNNT) which has cylindrical nanostructure similar to carbon nanotube (CNT) has excellent mechanical properties, thermal conductivity, and oxidation resistance but electrical insulation unlike CNT. Therefore it will be a promising heat dissipation material. BNNT synthesized by ball-milling process contaminated with lots of impurities needs to be purified. We developed a simple method to purify it using polymeric agent which can also be used for curing epoxy resin. Here single-step fabrication scheme for BNNT-epoxy composite will be demonstrated. Thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the composite will also be presented.
