Determination of heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop in a spiral plate heat exchanger
The results of the experimental study of heat transfer and pressure drop in the transition region for a gas flowing in a spiral plate heat exchanger are presented. The heat transfer coefficient was estimated by the method of least squares by comparing the temperatures calculated from the mathematical model and those measured experimentally for both gases.
