The method of construction of mathematical model of single particle diameter is presented. Due to the stochastic nature of a particle position change according to a given coordinates system, particle projective diameter was assumed to be a random variable. The method of evaluation of a particle random diameter distribution was presented. Mathematical formula describing stochastic particle diameter was derived for some geometrical particle models.
