Non-linear interphase mass transfer in multi-component gas-liquid systems
In the present work an asymptotic theory is proposed for multi-component mass transfer in gas-liquid system, in cases when one of the components induce a secondary flow on the boundary layer as a result of its large gradient of concentration. The problem is solved in terms of the approximation of the independent diffusion. Mutual affect of the separate components is demonstrated in cases of intensive mass transfer between phases.
