TiO2 나노섬유 광전극 특성이 염료감응형 태양전지 효율에 미치는 영향
Influence of TiO2 Nanofiber Properties on Energy ConverSion Efficiency of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
TiO2 nanofibers were successfully prepared by electrospinning method using a solution that contained poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) and Ti(IV)-isopropoxide. The samples were characterized by FE-SEM, TEM, XRD and BET analysis. Then, the prepared TiO2 samples were applied to a photoelectrode in DSSC. It was found that the photovoltaic performances of dye-sensitized solar cell were highly dependent on the physical and chemical properties of TiO2 nanofibers.
