The objective of this study was to estimate the viscoty and stability characteristics of digital ink by using soybean oil. Environmentally friendly digital ink by using soybean oil has, as an emulsion ink, excellent properties of stability, separation of emulsion and ink spread at 40 minute emulsion time. It is calculated that viscosity at 35°C was 250Paㆍs.
