Characterization of MoOx Overlayer Formed Over Pt/MoO3
Characteristic techniques of XPS, CO chemisorption and TEM demonstrated that MoOx overlayer formed over Pt and MoO3 substrates after calcinations. This induces closer contact at adlineation sites between Pt and MoO3 substrates. It results in supplying the hydrogen access into more MoO3 particles and controls the kinetics of hydrogen uptake.
