염화팔라듐 촉매에 의한 프로필렌의 기상산화반응
Gas-Phase Oxidation of Propylene to Acetone on Palladium Chloride-Active Charcoal
초록
활성탄에 담지시킨 염화팔라듐 촉매에 의한 프로필렌(propylene)의 기상산화반응 기구가 이론 및 팔라듐 실험적으로 연구되었다. 주 생성물은 아세톤(acetone)이었다. 수증기의 농도가 증가함에 따라서 아세톤의 선택도와 생성속도는 현저하게 증가하였으나 반응온도가 상승하면 감소하였다. 촉매에 의한 프로필렌의 반응 기구가 상세히 검토되었으며 이를 부분적으로 실험에 의하여 확인하였다.
With palladium chloride supported on active charcoal, catalytic oxidation of propylene to acetone in the vapor phase was studied both theoretically and experimentally. Using a conventional tubular flow reactor, the conversion of propylene as well as the selectivity to the acetone was investigated under various reaction conditions.
The reaction rate increased markedly with rise in steam concentration but decreased with rise in temperature. The reaction mechanism was discussed in details and was partly confirmed by the experiment.
