This note is devoted to the discretization of linear continuous singular systems. For the niIpotent part of the Kronecker form it is shown that discretizing the exact solution by Euler approximation produces the same discrete system as the one obtained by using the Euler approximation for derivatives and then solving for the corresponding discrete system.
