The H₂S removal efficiency of various additives were investigated and this comparison revealed that Co₂O₃ was suitable under experimental conditions and the ratio of Co₂O₃/iron-based sorbent was suitable at about 0.1 without phosphorus and at about 0.3 with phosphorus. H₂S removal efficiency was maximum at 550℃ and decreased above this temperature.
