Heat-Capacity of Copper Tellurates(IV) at Temperatures from 350-K to 550-K
The temperature dependences of the molar heat capacities of CuTeO3, CuTe2O5, and CuO.CuTeO3 were determined. By statistical manipulation of the values obtained, the parameters in the equations for the corresponding compounds were determined using the least-squares squares method : C(p,m) = a + b(T/K)+c(T/K)-2. These equations and the standard molar entropies were used to determine DELTA0TS(m)degrees, DELTA(T’)T(H)m-degrees, and (PHI(m)degrees + DELTA0(T’)H(m)degrees/T) for T’ = 298.15 K.
