제염용액에서 IRN-77 양이온수지에 대한 금속이온의 이온교환 특성
Ion-Exchange Characteristics of Metal tons on IRN-77 Cation Resin in Decontamination Solution

Amberlite IRN-77 양이온교환수지는 철과 코발트이온에 대해서 비슷한 이온교환용량을 보였다. 그러나 제염용액내 유기산 가운데 EDTA는 철이온 보다 코발트이온과 강한 착화합물을 형성하여 코발트이온에 대한 이온교환용량을 현저히 감소시키는 주요원인이었다. 반면에 oxalic acid와 citiric acid의 영향은 미미하였다. 이같은 이온교환공정에 지배적인 영향을 미치는 EDTA하에서 균일상 입자내 확산모델을 적용하여 구한 철과 코발트이온의 입자내 확산계수는 각각 0.82×10-8∼ 3.78×10-8㎠/sec와 1.33×10-8∼3.45×10-8㎠/sec 이었다.
Amberlite IRN-77 cation exchange resin showed similar ion exchange capacities to ferrous ion and cobaltous ion. But, EDTA contained as one of organic acid formed stronger complex with cobaltous ion than ferrous ion and diminished the ion exchange capacity to cobaltous ion. In contrast, the effects of oxalic acid and citric acid were found to be negligible. Also, in the presence of EDTA dominantly affecting on the ion exchange process, intraparticle diffusivities of the ferrous ion and cobaltous ion were determined by the homogeneous intraparticle model and they were 0.82 ×10-8∼3.78×10-8 ㎠/sec and 1.33×10-8∼3.45×10-8 ㎠/sec, respectively.
