DGEBA-MDA-SN계의 전압-온도수명 특성
V-T-t Characteristics of DGEBA-MDA-SN System
초록
트링(treeing) 시험응 침전극이 삽입된 벌크상의 DGEBA/MDA/SN계의 고전압 인가 하에서 온도변화(0∼200℃)에 따른 절연파괴 강도와 전기적 트링열화에 의한 파괴 형상 등의 파괴특성 및 수명특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. 열변형 온도에서 절연파괴 강도가 급격히 감소하기 시작하였으며 유리 전이온도 이상에서의 절연파괴 거동에서는 인가된 전기적 응력과 발생된 열응력의 복합작용에 의한 절연파괴가 중요하다.
In this study breakdown characteristics such as dielectric breakdown strength(EB) and breakdown phenomena, the form of electrical degradation known as electrical trees and life characteristics have been widely studied by applying AC high voltage to the treeing test needle imbedded DGEBA/MDA/SN system as well as changing temperature from0 to 200℃. It shows that EB decreased abruptly at HDT and the breakdown behavior above Tg supports that the amount of energy applied to DGEBA/MDA/SN system and the heat discharge from them are very important for electrical/thermal composite breakdown mechanism. These results are discussed in detail.
