Optimization of Acid Violet 1 electrochemical oxidation
The Brandon multiple regression method was used for optimization of electrochemical oxidation of Acid Violet 1 dye. In particular, the effects of electrical charge, temperature and current density on the energy consumption per unit of removed total organic carbon (TOC) were determined. The optimum process parameters were found (electrical charge 10000 C, temperature 64 degrees C, current density 0.025A/cm(2)).
