제목 Preparation of a Nickel-based Structural Catalyst Supported on Thermally Conductive Silicon Carbide and Aluminum Oxide Composite Beads
초록  Silicon carbide(SiC) and aluminum oxide(Al2O3) composites are the prominent candidates among various catalyst support materials because of distinguishably improved mechanical and thermal properties for high temperature operation catalysts. However, for excellent catalytic performance and chemical stability, easy recycling, and facile synthesis of cost-effective nanoporous SiC-based bodies, a Ni/SiC-Al2O3 heterogeneous catalyst with a high thermal conducting property is still crucially required to develop. For this purpose, we fabricated a Ni-based heterogeneous catalyst supported on SiC-Al2O3 beads with a nanowire architecture, so their physical properties and morphological evolutions gives a high potential application in synthetic gas production.
