제목 A study on wetting and mechanical properties of ETSO-DDM/BPH in reductant and non-reductant
초록 In this work, the mechanical and wetting properties of siloxane-diaminodiphenylmethan(ETSO-DDM) with different kinds of bisphenol(BPH) system which are diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA) and bisphenol F(DGEBF). The increased mechanical propterties with decreasing ETSO-DDM content is attributable to the high cross-linking density caused by the short length of ETSO-DDM. When reductant was added in resins, both of resins appeared better wetting properties than non-reductant state. Because the reductant eliminates an oxide layer on the surface of filler particles and the conductive pad. Furthermore, DGEBF can be considered as an eco-friendly material since it is not necessary to use any other chemical (such as dilute).
