5-Flourouracil Release from the Three Different Biodegradable Thermosensitive Poly(organophosphazene) Gels |
초록 |
Biodegradable and thermosensitive poly(organophosphazenes) bearing hydrophobic amino acid esters and hydrophilic MPEG along with hydrolysis-sensitive depsipeptide were synthesized. 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU), a representative anticancer drug, was physically mixed with poly(organophosphazenes) solutions at 4 ℃. These poly(organophosphazenes) solutions containing 5-FU were formed to the hydrogels at 37 ℃. We studied the 5-FU release behaviors from poly(organophsophazenes) hydrogels under various conditions. 5-FU loaded in the hydrogels was released over 2 weeks and its release rate was affected by the gel properties. |
