Natural coloring matter has been being more widely utilized than the artificial matter, for this reason that it has safety and even a medically-available feature so can be used for sustenance, leading to more benefit and eco-friendly quality. There can be many methods of extracting the pigment from a raw material in order of various extracting-conditions. Broadly used plants, 'Gardenia, Rubus coreanus Miquel, and Red cabbage' are chosen for the raw materials. The main point of this experiment is to check the tendency of the course of extracting pigments, taking the experiment with 'temperature and PH' variables and measuring result of 'L, a, b' in color meter, in the same extracting way. |
