Photo-curing technology has many advantages; not only saving energy which is due to fast process speed but also eco-friendly because of non solvent process. The goal of this research is preparing acrylic PSAs which is synthesized by UV irradiation. Acrylic PSAs will be synthesized as different contents of photoinitiator. To optimize UV-polymerization condition, there are many factors such as monomer types and composition ratio, photoinitiator type and content, UV source type, irradiation time, oxygen inhibitioin, and reactor shape. Therefore research about synthesis using various weights of photoinitiator is necessary. In this study, kinetic and heat energy are measured by photo-DSC. Moreover, the conversion of polymerization is calculated by FT-IR. Peel strength, tack and SATF are used in order to measure adhesion properties as various contents of photoinitiator. |
