제목 A Non-Fullerene Type Electron Acceptor for P3HT-Based Bulk-heterojunction Solar Cells
초록 A P3HT-based solution-processed bulk-heterojuction (BHJ) photovoltaic device was fabricated using a non-fullerene type small molecule electron acceptor. The thermal, optical, and electrochemical properties of the new electron acceptor were characterized by TGA, DSC, UV-visible absorption, and cyclic voltammetry. The HOMO and LUMO energy levels of new electron acceptor were measured to be -5.64 and -3.48 eV, respectively. Electron mobility of new electron acceptor was measured to be 1.8 ⅹ10-6 cm2/Vs at 1 MV/cm. The polymer solar cells (PSCs) were fabricated using P3HT as the electron donor and non-fullerene type small molecule as the electron acceptor. The photovoltaic devices had a layered structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:Acceptor/LiF/Al. The devices performance of solar cells is determined by the open–circuit voltage (Voc), short-circuit current density (Jsc), and fill factor (FF).
