The purpose of this study is to develop the application technology of the environmental friendly coating materials for the carton papers with repulping properties. The coating materials were prepared by using alkali soluble resin. It can be easily separated from the stencil papers under the specific condition. The physical and mechanical properties of Styrene-Butyl acrylate copolymer was characterized by using DSC, GPC, CHDF, SEM, respectively. The solubility of the coating material under the alkali condition was obtained the quantitative data through the method noted in the KS M 3726. |
