Recently, many researchers are interested in transparent electrode for many potential demands in the various fields. Indium Tin Oxide(ITO) is the most popular material as the transparent electrode. However, ITO has problems of high price and mechanical brittleness. Hence, many materials have been proposed as the transparent electrode, including conducting polymers, carbon nanotubes(CNT), graphenes, and metal wires. Among them, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(stryensulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS) is the most simple conducting polymer. PEDOT:PSS films have high transparency and mechanical flexibility. However, PEDOT:PSS have a problem of low conductivity. We are expecting the enhancement of PEDOT:PSS film induced by addition of perovskite. In this study, we prepared composite films of PEDOT:PSS with some additives and investigate the conductivity and transparency. Furthermore, the dispersed phase and morphological properties of these films were observed by AFM and SEM. |
