제목 The surface characteristics of scratch phenomenon according to the composition of Polypropylene compound.
초록 The current trends of the automotive plastic parts are summarized by high quality, light weight and eco-friendly parts. In terms of high quality, the importance of scratch resistance has been consistently increased. The scratch resistance of polypropylene composite shows different characteristics depending on the composition. In this study, we investigated the scratch behavior about talc size, whiteness of talc and whisker based on GM worldwide specification. In addition, we observed morphology of scratch surface according to the presence of the antiscratch agent and rubber through 3D profiler equipment.
