제목 Synthesis of Electroless Deposited 8YSZ Nano Powders for SOFC
초록 Using zirconium(IV) butoxide (Zr(O-(CH2)3-CH3)4) and yttrium nitrate (Y(NO3)3.6H2O), 8YSZ nanopowder was synthesized by sol-gel method. After that, an electroless deposition was performed to prepare nickel coating on the synthesized YSZ powder. The phase composition, microstructure and morphology of the nickel coated YSZ powder were investigated using ICP-AES, XRD and TEM techniques depending on the process conditions. In addition, an anode-supported tubular SOFC was fabricated using the Ni coated YSZ powder by an extrusion process and its microstructure, layer thicknesses were measured by SEM.
