제목 Preparation and Characterization of bacterial celluloses doped by silver nanoparticles
초록 Bacterial cellulose hydrogels containing silver nanoparticles were prepared via a simple and controllable method using silver salts and reducing agents. The color of the bacterial cellulose changed from white to yellowish brown as silver nanoparticles were uniformly adsorbed on the overall surface of the individual bacterial cellulose fibrils. The silver nanoparticles-incorporated bacterial celluloses were verified by wide angle X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy with by energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was also carried out to identify the interaction between the silver nanoparticles and the bacterial celluloses. We expect that this bacterial cellulose composites could be utilized antimicrobial materials such as wound dressings.
