Ether-modified polydimethylsiloxane-based polyurethanes composites for thermal insulation materials with low surface adhesion |
초록 |
In this study, the polyurethane (PU) composites were synthesized by the one ether or polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) diol prepolymers and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) with hollow microspheres to make the PDMS-based PUs meet stringent thermal insulation and relatively low surface energy requirements. We also tried to apply the silica aerogel’s good thermal insulation property through the encapsulation technique. The surface energy were calculated by the Wu’s harmonic mean method, and the T peel test was used to measure the adhesion properties of the PDMS-based PU composites with low surface energy. The mechanical and thermal properties of the PDMS-based PU composites were also studied. |
