Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane/Clay Nanocomposite Dispersions: Effect of Countercations |
초록 |
The properties of WBPU/clay nanocomposites were studied on the basis of clay content and counter cations of carboxyl acid salt group. The exfoliated-intercalated structure was found with optimum clay content. The composite dispersion stability and properties depend on countercations. The divalent countercations decreased the dispersion stability than those for monovalent countercations, however, the mechanical properties were higher for divalent countercations than those for manovalent countercations with fixed clay and carboxyl acid salt content. |
