제목 The Synthesis of W-VO2(M)@SiO2 Core-shell nanoparticles with thermochromic properties
초록 Vanadium dioxide(VO2) has attracted much attention because its semiconductor-to-metal(S-M) transition temperature(Tc) is near room temperature(68℃), which makes it useful for application to optical switching devices and intelligent energy conserving windows coating. However, VO2 nanoparticles may be unstable, and they are difficult to prepare in stable dispersive suspensions.  In this study, we report a all-solution process that can be used to prepare transparent, stable and flexible VO2-based composite films. Coating the VO2 nanoparticles with a thin SiO2 shell significantly improved their anti-oxidation and anti-acid abilities. Therefore, XRD patterns of W-VO2(M)@SiO2 matches well with the VO2(M) and it shows that the SiO2 core-shell almost had no influence on the VO2 crystal structure. DSC analyses displayed that the Tc of VO2 can be adjusted finely with various concentrations of W after core-shell process. For further characterization, TEM, FE-SEM and XPS analysis were done.
