제목 Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) hybrided silver with polymer based composite using chemical plating method for electromagnetic shielding
초록 Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) with silver which can possibility of excellent electrical properties has high electromagnetic shielding. In this study, we prepared silver nitrate and ammonia solution which drop into MWNT, formaldehyde, ethyl alcohol, and de-ionized water mixture. The reaction was processed by magnetic stirrer. After reaction, products were filtered and washed by de-ionized water, dried in vaccum oven. As adjusting by concentration of silver nitrate (AgNO3) and formaldehyde and mixing time, the morphology and structure of MWNT hybrided silver were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Also, MWNT/silver with polypropylene composites were measured by dielectric analyzer (DEA) and network analyzer (VNA) for studying conductivity and permeability.
