제목 Mechanical and thermal properties of HDPE/CaCO3/LDPE-g-MA/POE composites
초록 The composite was prepared by mixing high density polyethylene (HDPE) with calcium carbonate (CaCO3) as filler, maleic anhydride grafted low density polyethylene (LDPE-g-MA) as a compatibilizer, and a polyolefin elastomer (POE). The composites showed improved tensile strength than composites without POE. The POE led to decrease in the d-spacing of CaCO3, suggesting that core-shell structure was composed between POE and CaCO3. Due to well-dispersed of CaCO3, this enhanced thermal stability and decreased crystallinity (Xc) and crystallization entropy (ΔSc). The composites provided to enhanced mechanical property and well-dispersed CaCO3, and effective activation energy by increasing the crystallization rate.
