Direct ethanol fuel cell performance of Bi-metallic anodes based on Pt |
| 초록 |
In direct liquid fuel cells, ethanol is an attractive fuel, because ethanol is safe to deal with and its energy density is 1.32 times as high as that of methanol. When it completely oxidizes, 12 electrons could be produced, but the electro-catalytic oxidation of ethanol is slower compared with other liquid fuels. Therefore, to accelerate the reaction kinetics, we try to develop bi-metallic anode catalyst based on Pt and measure the single cell performance of direct ethanol fuel cell. |
