In cosmetics, the saturated lecithin, one of the main surfactants to make liposome, has been using for its stability. The saturated lecithin has excellent skin affinity and penetration. So we studied to develop nano-liposome below 50nm with saturated lecithin. To make stable nano-liposome, many factors including solvent like propylene glycol, pH balance, homogenizing pressure and liposome stabilizer like surfactant are important especially stearate series surfactants have positive effect in liposome size and long term stability. I analysis the size with Mastersizer 2000 and then I get 45∼55nano size liposome When I use stearate series surfactants. |
