제목 New photo cross-linkable hole transporting material for high performanced solution processed multilayer organic electronics.
초록 We have reported a pendent-type photo cross-linkable co-polymer based on poly(triphenylamine) (X-PTPA) as hole transporting layer(HTL). Solution processed multilayer OLEDs using the X-PTPA showed outstanding performance comparing with control device (short cross-linking time (5 min) and luminous efficiency (43.7 cd/A). To further optimize performance, we altered a molecular structure to have better hole-mobility than that of pendent-type co-polymer. A novel photo cross-linkable co-polymer based on conjugated polymer have been synthesized to realize multilayer organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and organic photovoltaics (OPVs) by solution process. The HTL has higher hole-mobility than that of X-PTPA. The HTL was spin-coated and then cross-linked to achieve solvent-resistant thin films by portable UV ramp (1.9mW/cm2) for a short exposure time. After photo-crosslinking, solution processed multilayer OLEDs and OPVs were prepared that showed excellent device performance.
