Eco-friendly materials were known as the alternative materials instead of oil extracted materials. Lignin extracted from a part of tree. Many researchers studied about NBR and NR the Lignin as a filler. However, lignin was not adopted in general on the production of silicone rubber. This study examined the compatibility between silicone rubber and different fillers such as lignin, glass fiber, silica and carbon black. The reinforced mechanical and thermal properties were assessed by UTM, TGA and DMA. The morphology of the cross section of composites was observed which depends on the interaction between silicone rubber and fillers. The composite with lignin is adoptable to permit required properties compare to other general fillers in the industry. As a result, the lignin reinforced silicone rubber is available on environmentally friendly composite.
