Separation of bacteria from large volume sample by graphene oxide-coated microbeads |
초록 |
Infectious bacteria spread infectious diseases, so it is important to detect. However, current methods for detecting bacteria in the environment have problems in detection time and sensitivity. Because the volume of the environment sample is large, and the concentrating methods for large sample are insufficient. In this study, bacteria in a large-volume sample are absorbed on graphene oxide coated microbeads by its functional groups. It was optimized to increase the number of functional groups, and the effect was confirmed with AFM and XPS. As a result, our study can isolate pathogens rapidly from large volume sample. It is expected to isolate pathogens in other environmental sample species to prevent the spread of pathogens. |
