Development of Microbial diamine production system |
초록 |
Aliphatic diamines are widely used as chemical reagents for monomers of polyamides. They can be made from the metabolism of microbes by decarboxylases. In this study, we applied efficient detection methods and decarboxylase expressed whole cells to make C5 diamines. We also tried to improve production systems. This will be one of the sustainable approaches to make diamines from renewable sources. |
