Polyethylene glycol(PEG)-poly(ε-caprolactone(CL))-poly(D,L-Lactide(LA)) was synthesized via ring-opening polymerization with stannous octoate as a catalyst to form biodegradable triblock copolymer. This triblock was acrylated with acryloyl chloride. Afterward, penta block was synthesized by coupling the acylated triblock with the mixture of poly(β-amino ester) (PAE) and poly (β-amido amine) (PAA) using hexane diol diacrylate (HDA), methylene dicrylamide (MDA), and piperazine. The pentablock was characterized by H1-NMR and gel permeation spectroscopy. The sol-gel transition properties of the copolymer was obtained by changing the pH and Temperature environment. |
