| 제목 | Process Safety First and Philosophy to be reflected deeply in the complex chemical plants |
| 초록 | Author has been learning and experiencing why the thorough management on Process Safety First and Philosophy are absolutely required in the design and engineering as well as construction and operation in the complex chemical plants. And also, author understands that chemical engineers are able to perfectly manage the concerned whole areas in chemical industries when they perform the profound Process Safety First and follow Philosophy in the design, engineering, construction and operation, etc. for complex chemical plants. Namely, without performing of Process Safety First and following Philosophy on their mind, most chemical plants done by them in general are same as building a castle on sand in the fields of application for the above-mentioned activities, and finally they lead to an unexpected result. Consequently, unsafe chemical plants by them can no longer normally operate in safety. Accordingly, this paper shows what and how to apply and follow on both this Process Safety First and Philosophy that author has realized while working in the complex chemical plants for 33 years at home and abroad. |
