제목 | Analysis of Performance SMPC with Various Thermal Conductivity According to Carbon Fiber Length and Content |
초록 | Shape memory polymer composites (SMPC) are attention in academics and research due to their advantages such as low density, high shape recovery rate, and low cost. Shape memory polymers are polymers that return to their original shape by specific external stimuli such as light, heat, and moisture. However, disadvantages such as low strength and low rigidity make it difficult to apply to the engineering field. In this study, an SMP composite material was prepared by changing the length and content of carbon fiber (CF). Thermal conductivity with different the length and content of carbon fibers was measured. In addition, shape fixing rate and recovery rate were analyzed, and mechanical strength was also analyzed through tensile strength.
