제목 Synthesis and photovoltaic properties of organic bulk-heterojunction solar cells based on the solution processable quinacridone and benzothiadiazole.
초록 Solar cells based on conjugated polymeric materials have recently received considerable attention due to their low-cost solution fabrication process, light weight, large area and flexible panels. We synthesized copolymers using quinacridone and benzothiadiazole derivative by Suzuki coupling reaction to increase fill factor(FF), short circuit current(Jsc). Quinacridone exhibit high length/diameter aspect ratio form nanowire or nanofibres. To render quinacridone molecules suitable for solution processing, we have modified the quinacridone core structure by incorporating alkyl chains unit. Thus, polymers were investigated physical, optical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties.
