Fabrication and characterizations of TiO2 nanotubes prepared by electrochemical anodization process |
초록 |
TiO2 nanotubular structures were prepared by electrochemical anodization of titanium foil in HF electrolyte, ethylene glycol containing NH4F. Anodizing was carried out at the constant cell potential ranging from 10 V to 50 V at room temperature. Under optimized electrolyte and oxidation condition, a well ordered nanotubes of TiO2 were fabricated. Surface morphology of the anodized titanium changed with the changing of the applied voltages, electrolyte concentration and oxidation time . Characterization of TiO2 nanotubes were performed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and elemental composition was analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). |
