제목 Fabrication and characterizations of TiO2 nanotubes prepared by electrochemical anodization process
초록 TiO2 nanotubular structures were prepared by electrochemical anodization of titanium foil in HF electrolyte, ethylene glycol containing NH4F. Anodizing was carried out at the constant cell potential ranging from 10 V to 50 V at room temperature. Under optimized electrolyte and oxidation condition, a well ordered nanotubes of TiO2 were fabricated. Surface morphology of the anodized  titanium changed with the changing of the applied voltages,  electrolyte concentration and oxidation time . Characterization of TiO2 nanotubes were performed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and elemental composition was analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS).
