제목 Syudy on the functionalization of multiwalled carbon nanotubes with poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile) under atom transfer radical polymerization and functionalzed MWCNT/PC nanocomposites.
초록 Poly(Styrene-co-acrylonitrile) was grafted onto the convex surfaces of bromine-terminated multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) under ATRP conditions using CuBr/2,2’-bipyridine as catalyst. The SAN grafted MWCNT was compounded with Polycarbonate (PC) using internal mixer. The SAN-grafted MWCNT samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, FT-IR spectra, Raman spectra, 1H NMR, thermal gravimetric analyses. Electrical properties of the functionalized MWCNT/PC nanocomposites were examined using a resistometer and mechanical properties were measured using an universal testing machine
