In particular, BPQDs are expected to be applicable to bioimaging agents by biocompatibility unlike other inorganic quantum dots. But, BPQDs are poorly photoluminescent in ambient atmospheres due to its ability to be easily oxidized by oxygen and moisture. Herein, we synthesized blue-emitting BPQDs by ultrasonification into monochlorobenzene, a solvent in which the fluorescence properties of black phosphorus are the best. It differs from conventional BPQDs in that it has high PLQY and long-term (~6 months after synthesis) PL stability. The optoelectrical properties of BPQDs will be discussed in detail. 2019년 한국교통대의 지원을 받아 수행하였음. |
