제목 | An effective strategy for simultaneous enhancing the efficiency and transparency of non-fullerene organic solar cells: Synergistic effect of molecular and electrode design |
초록 | Non-fullerene organic solar cells (NF-OSCs) offer great potential to be exploited as a key technology to create semi-transparent photoactive surfaces and to power electronics for indoor and outdoor applications. Especially, the ease of tuning the aesthetics, the degree of transparency, their lightweight and the free-module design make OSC an optimal choice for building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) such as windows or curtains. Additionally, NF-OSC has become a truly commercial competitive technology over the last years due to the high performance together with low embodied manufacturing cost and high efficiency over 18%. In this study, we propose, based on the newly molecular and electrode design, the effective strategy for improving the efficiency and transparency of NF-OSC. In short, the optimized device reached simultaneously 8.9% of power conversion efficiency (PCE) and 44.6% of average visible transmittance (AVT; @ 380-780 nm). |
