As we know, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of polymer solar cells (PSCs) was affected by some factors. One of the most important factors is morphology of active layer. In this work, we introduced the self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) modified ZnO in the inverted solar cells to improve the morphology. By treating SAMs with benzoic acid derivates, we can control surface energy of ZnO. Besides, the work function of ZnO is changed by using SAMs with a dipole moment. Inverted solar cells using the SAMs modified ZnO as electron transporting layer were fabricated by spin coating. Here in, we investigate morphology, the surface energy and device properties of fabricated PSCs. |
