제목 Photovoltaic properties of polymer solar cells using polyelectrolytes with various backbones as electron transporting layer
초록 The LiF, TiOx or ZnO are known as electron transporting layer (ETL) in polymer solar cells (PSCs). However, these are difficult to achieve the layer due to severe process such as vacuum deposition and high temperature. To release the problems, we introduced polyelectrolytes as ETL which are available for solution process. And polyelectrolytes are known that they can modify the work function of metal. So we synthesized polyelectrolytes with various backbones and applied to fabricate PSCs. In this presentation, we will report synthesis, electrochemical properties of polyelectrolytes, and photovoltaic performances.
