제목 에너지 저장용 금속 산화물 전극의 계면 특성 제어
초록 Interface characteristics control of metal oxide electrodes for energy storage devices of fuel cell and lithium ion battteries were investigated. Metal oxides were involved zinc oxide, tin oxide and gallium-tin oxide composite materials. The samples were examined by field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), with the points focused on nano-structural and surface morphological properties. From the charge-discharge cycling tests , the deposition of metal oxides effectively improved the capacity retention after prolonged cycling at a room temperature. A high energy performance of interface improved electrodes at various electrochemical enviroment can be quickly operated as charge and discharge in a fast time to several tens of seconds together with excellent electrical resistivity, stable ion diffusivity and high power density.
