제목 Crystal grain growth of metal halide perovskite film by ultra-sonic spray coating
초록 Solar energy is an idea energy resource because it is renewable, abundant, clean and sustainable. Especially, solar cells can effectively utility the solar energy because they convert it to electricity, which is the most convenient and safest them to live our daily life. However, the conventional solar cells as Si and thin film solar cell have more expensive power generation cost them the fossil fuel. Recently, perovskite solar cells have been considered as a promise next-generation solar cells. Because they can get high efficiency with cheap process. To make cost-effective perovskite solar cells. Readily commercializable spray coating process is desirable. In addition to enhance the performance of PSCs, large crystalline domain is required. Therefore, we tried to increase the perovskite crystalline domain by introducing CuBr2-complex in ultra-sonic spray.
