제목 | Fabrication of CZTS/CZTSSe double absorber layer to improve Power conversion Efficiency |
초록 | The kesterite CZTSSe solar cells has been attracting great attention because it consists of earth-abundant and nontoxic elements. In band diagram, CZTS and CZTSe have slightly different Energy band gap which is between 0.95 eV for CZTSe and 1.5 eV for CZTS. As several groups studied, band graded CZTS/CZTSe dual layer may perform better than each of single layer. because of current density enhancement from different spectrum of solar energy absorption. In this work, Solution processed CZTS Thin film deposited on vacuum processed CZTSSe absorber. by solution process, CZTS small grains expected to cover not only pin-hole but also CZTSSe large grains with fine morphologies. this will prevent interface recombination. Contributing Voc improvement. |
